stable Sunday ~ tiny happiness [日記]
特に用事がない日曜日はジムで過ごします。
ゴールデンウイークは休む事が出来ず、今月も忙しくなりますが、日曜日のフィットネスとその後の温泉は私にとっては小さな幸せ。
また月曜日から頑張ろうという気になります。

I spend a time for fitness on Sunday when I haven't private business.
I could not take holidays in golden week, and I will be busy in this month. But fitness and onsen time is a tiny happiness for me.
I feel motivated to work hard from Monday.

I spent my time working out too, but out in the park. Soon, it's going to be too hot to much outside though.

It became too warm from last week.
It was over 30 deg on Sunday. I could not concentrate on exercise, but I may be able to lose weight easily. hehe

最近はすっかり筋肉が落ちるのが早くなってきました
ですので細マッチョでスタイル重視と行きたい所ですが
お腹の方も20%を割らないとなかなか凹まないです ^^;

It's too hot here too. I think I'm losing weight soon too, because I'm losing my appetite due to the heat!

Do you cook Somen which is Japanese fine noodle? I like to eat somen in a hot day. I can eat that even when I have a poor appetite. :)

エアロビクス・スタジオやプール等は無く、マシンジムだけなんですが、1回¥800で2時間運動したあと、好きなだけ温泉に入れます。
月に4回くらいしか行けないので経済的にも助かってます ^^
